2026 Goals is a personal goal-tracking application designed to help users set, manage, and track their goals for the year 2026. The App provides features for creating goals, tracking progress, and organizing personal objectives. All data is stored locally on your device.

The App is intended for users of all ages. By using this App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

Any content you create within the App, including goals, notes, and other personal data, remains your property. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

7. Data Storage

All data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, and we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, App deletion, or any other circumstances. We recommend regularly backing up your device to prevent data loss.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLICS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Holics and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Holics regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and Holics relating to the App.
